We have a low minimum of $125.00 per order requirement. Minimum of 3 pieces per shade/ per product. There is a $ .50 surcharge per item for less than the 3 pieces minimum per shade/ per product.
QUANTITY DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE
Credit Cards. All Major Credit Cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Using a credit card will expedite your order.
Check. You may pre-pay the order by check, if no credit card is available. This will hold up your order as we will not release your order until the check clears. There is a $35.00 returned check fee for any check returned to us by your bank.
C.O.D. is available after you have placed and paid for three orders. C.O.D. charges will be added to the shipping costs.
$500+ Orders. Must be prepaid or charged to a credit card.
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of receipt, unless it is a custom order. We always ship ground unless you request a quicker service.
If you are not available to accept a C.O.D. shipment, you will be responsible for the shipping charges and the C.O.D. charges. Re-shipment charges will apply. If you refuse your shipment or for any other reason at your end your order is returned to us, re-shipment charges will apply.
Damages and Discrepancies
All orders are read back to insure accuracy.
If your order has a mistake or was received damaged, you must call us within 24 hours of receipt and let us know. If the order was damaged in shipping, you will need to retain all the shipping materials so the carrier can inspect them.
All returns must be made within 90 days in new, unlabeled and unopened condition. No returns are allowed on imprinted or custom orders. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To obtain an RA#, please call our Customer Service Department 800-338-1423. When returning a product, include a note with the invoice number from the order of the returned product, your name, address, phone number, explanation for return and the RA# (retain a copy for your records). Print the RA# on the outside of the shipping carton. Packages will be refused and returned to you at your expense if the RA# is not written on the outside of the carton.
Imprinted products cannot be returned. Authorized returns due to customer error will incur a 25% restocking fee.
